United Vein & Vascular Centers is opening a new NJ market early 2027 and seeks a Clinical Technologist Lead Nurse to oversee clinical Technologists across clinics. You will train staff, ensure compliance with SOPs, and support efficient patient flow using eCW.

This role requires travel to Alpharetta, Athens, Duluth and Kennesaw, and strong leadership and nursing credentials. Total compensation is based on experience and may include base salary, bonuses, and other incentive pay.

Qualifikationen

• Current State or Multi-State Licensure as an LPN or LVN.
• Minimum of two years of nursing in a patient-care setting.
• Willingness to travel to Alpharetta, Athens, Duluth and Kennesaw clinics.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers (AHA).
• Mastery of infection control, sterile technique, autoclaves, supply management and medication safety.

Aufgaben

• Oversee Clinical Technologists in the market and ensure high-quality patient care.
• Lead onboarding, competency assessment and ongoing training.
• Travel to clinics as requested and train staff as needed.
• Provide sign-off for new hires and enforce policies and workflows.
• Collaborate with leadership on quality improvement initiatives.
• Support clinic operations and inventory management with the supply chain.
