Job summary

Everbloom Memory Care is seeking an experienced LPN Lead Clinician to join our leadership team and manage the day-to-day clinical department. We currently care for about 22 residents and are growing toward 30, with a strong Administrator overseeing operations.

The role focuses on clinical leadership, resident assessments, med-tech training, and staff education to maintain organized, compliant processes and high-quality resident care.

Qualifications

• Current Oregon LPN license in good standing.
• Experience in Memory Care, Assisted Living, or long-term care.
• Clinical leadership experience preferred.
• Experience training med techs and caregivers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day clinical needs of residents and coordinate with the leadership team.
• Lead admissions process, review records and ensure safe placement of new residents.
• Train and mentor med techs; conduct audits and ensure compliance.
• Provide staff coaching and maintain organized, survey-ready systems.
• Offer on-call clinical guidance and assist with scheduling.
• Partner with administration to support census growth and community outreach.
