Job summary

Cranium Academy, part of Endeavor Schools, is seeking a Lead Lower Elementary Teacher in Florida to guide young learners with engaging activities and maintain a safe classroom environment.

You will monitor progress, collaborate with families and staff, and contribute to a supportive school community offering professional development and relocation options across 100+ schools.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Development preferred; CDA certification preferred.
  • 2-5 years experience in a certified child development center.
  • Experience with the assigned age group.
  • Ability to use standard office equipment like laptop and smartphone.
  • Strong communication with parents and staff required.
  • Patience, collaboration, creativity, and passion for Early Childhood education.

Are You Qualified?

Whether or not you have experience working in schools, you may be qualified to work with us. The most important quality is that you love working with children. Some of our best educators have come from other fields, including customer service, healthcare, retail, and more!

If you have the following, we would love to speak with you:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Associates Degree in Early Childhood Development / CDA Certified preferred
  • 2-5 years prior experience working in a certified child development center
  • Prior experience with the assigned age group.
  • Specific requirements set by minimum state standards and/or accreditation
  • Ability to use standard office equipment such as a laptop computer and smartphone.
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to interact with parents and other staff members, is required.
  • The ability to be patient, collaborative, creative, and passionate about Early Childhood education is essential for this role.
