Job summary

System Integrations is seeking experienced Lead installation technicians who are personable, with strong communication skills, and able to lead others to success. The role involves overseeing low voltage cabling and security device installations in regional projects.

You will manage on-site teams, coordinate with project stakeholders, and ensure high-quality workmanship across commercial settings in the Memphis area.

Qualifications

• Three to five years' experience in at least one of the following areas: leadership, cabling, or electrical work.
• Ability to operate and use hand tools, powered tools, ladders, and company vehicles.
• Comfort with lifting and moving equipment up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead one to two installation technicians to meet high quality standards.
• Install cabling, security devices, and low voltage equipment in existing or new constructions.
• Commission, test, and document installations using cable testers and video monitors.
• Assist in on-site tracking of materials used on the job site.
• Report time and progress to Lead Technicians, Project Leaders, and Project Managers.
• Assist in on-the-job training for installation technicians.
