Job summary

ARK Systems is seeking a seasoned Low Voltage Installation Foreman to lead on-site electrical and fire alarm installation projects. You will supervise teams, coordinate cabling, install panels and wiring, and ensure projects meet specs and customer expectations.

Ideal candidates bring field electrical/electronic experience, strong troubleshooting, and a commitment to safety. MD/Virginia licenses may be pursued with company support; expect a comprehensive benefits package and a $3,000 sign-on

Qualifications

Experience as a fire alarm installation foreman.
Knowledge of fire alarm systems and related equipment.
Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Commitment to safety standards and protocols.

Responsibilities

Provides on-site supervision of installation projects and ensures on-time completion.
Plans and coordinates on-site activities to meet milestones.
Lays out cabling routing, device locations, and wiring.
Terminates devices, installs control panels, raceway and wiring.
Maintains quality assurance and customer satisfaction through clear communication.
Manages materials, equipment, and subordinates on site.
