Job summary

GRVTY seeks an Airborne SIGINT Subject Matter / Technical Expert to lead Low-Band SIGINT operations, integration and testing of ISR&T platforms for Navy PMA-290. On-site at Patuxent River, MD, you will advise on front-end collection, hardware interfaces, and networked systems for manned and unmanned platforms.

You will mentor engineers, prepare technical reports and briefings for government sponsors and senior leaders, and coordinate with IC agencies to align collection with mission requirements.

Qualifications

• Active TS//SCI with current CI Polygraph.
• 10+ years of tactical SIGINT operations experience.
• 5+ years supporting Low-Band systems.
• 3+ years leading SIGINT initiatives or managing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of the program's SIGINT strategy.
• Oversee all program SIGINT and Low-Band efforts for PMA-290.
• Engage with IC agencies to ensure TCPED deliverables pace the threat.
• Provide engineering services to facilitate rapid technology transfers.
• Mentor SIGINT engineers and analysts in analytics and ML.
