Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Provide scientific leadership for design, development, and lifecycle management of LAI products.
Lead formulation strategy including release mechanisms and excipient systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define CQAs and CPPs for LAIs.
Interpret studies on release kinetics, stability, and device compatibility.
Support Clinical and Regulatory interactions and tech transfer to GMP manufacturing.
