Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Clean background check for access to restricted areas.
• Valid driver license with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to pass random drug screens and to remain drug free.
• Ability to locate.
• Ability to perform a PDR or damage investigation.
• Excellent communication skills at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Quality Assurance: perform damage investigations and audits, ride-alongs with crew members.
• Team Management: distribute tickets, maintain vehicles and equipment, recruit to the team.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to locate technicians and lead crew meetings.
• Ensure safety compliance, report accidents and follow SOP directives.
• Engage with customers and maintain positive relationships through clear communication.
• Continuously learn about equipment and technology.
