Lead Locate Technician
The Lead Technician is responsible for leading a team of assigned employees and maintaining and protecting their area of coverage while following company policies and safety regulations. The position involves accurately locating underground facilities (telephone, electric, cable, gas, fiber optics, water, sewer lines, etc.) and assisting the team to accomplish these goals. The Lead Technician also ensures compliance with client and state requirements, observes, marks and documents utility locations, and verifies locations for utility customers.
All employees are eligible to receive company benefits, including health insurance, for regular, full‑time employees who maintain an average of 30 hours worked per week. Qualifying employees can enjoy paid holidays and paid time off. All benefits begin the first of the month following 30 days of employment.
