Commercial Dock & Door Inc. / Timbers-Kovar & Co. is an employee-owned, premier provider of loading dock and door equipment, and the exclusive local distributor of Kelley & Serco Loading Dock Equipment Systems, servicing customers locally and nationally. We also offer a full line of doors, including standard sectional, high-speed, rolling steel, and fire-rated doors. Due to continued growth, we are seeking experienced Service Technicians to join our team in Akron/Canton, OH. This role involves troubleshooting, servicing, and installing commercial dock and door equipment alongside our seasoned technicians. Training from manufacturers, on-the-job mentoring, and development opportunities are provided.

Minimum qualifications include:

• Solid mechanical aptitude
• Good driving record
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
• Ability to work outdoors
• At least 2 years of experience troubleshooting, repairing, or installing commercial or residential door and/or dock equipment
• Welding skills with field service or electrical troubleshooting experience (2+ years)

Pay is negotiable based on experience.
