Job summary

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of AI and ML concepts, with the ability to build scalable applications using LLM frameworks. Familiarity with data integration and processing unstructured data is highly desirable.

Qualifications

• Experience in working with and fine-tuning Large Language Models (LLMs).

• Proven project experience in cloud computing (GCP/Azure) or OpenShift.

• Lead the Customer Support Data Modernisation Program, a complex, multi-phase redesign to create a unified, scalable, and AI-ready data platform.
• Translate Strategy into Execution, developing an end-to-end program plan and structured roadmap with clear milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Drive Cross-Functional Alignmentby working closely with engineering, data, and analytics teams on requirements, design decisions, and delivery timelines.
• Manage Program Governance and Cadence, establishing structured updates, tracking progress, monitoring risks, and proactively resolving blockers.
• Requires Proven Experiencemanaging large-scale enterprise data transformation/modernization programs in complex, cross-functional environments.
• Tech requirements:need to be well versed with data management, data warehousing, data lake concepts, data modeling practice (what is involved), aspect of data transformation to migrate from old to new. No data management tools or language skill necessary but its plus to have SQL skill
