Job summary

Qualifications

Advanced knowledge of audio and video routing to connect multi-camera inputs to a switcher and outputs for recording/streaming
Operate and configure a switcher; control graphics overlays, keys, and other sources
Direct camera operators while switching in live, fast-paced environments
Mix mics, manage audio routing and soundboard use
Knowledge of professional video encoding hardware and streaming software
Experience with streaming platforms and simulcasting
Familiarity with integrating Zoom or other video conferencing into broadcasts
Knowledge of optimal camera settings for live production
Experience with Google Docs/Suite, Premiere and Photoshop is beneficial
Set up and assess lighting needs; willingness to travel and load gear

Responsibilities

Lead a production team of camera operators and supporting techs
Plan productions and anticipate equipment and staffing needs for on-location or studio shoots
Pack and load gear for truck or studio setups; travel as required
Maintain a professional, positive, and supportive work environment
