Job summary

BCG Attorney Search seeks an experienced litigation counsel to join our San Diego office. The ideal candidate has a strong background in complex civil and commercial litigation, with a track record in class actions and products liability.

You will draft pleadings, prepare for depositions, manage discovery and case strategy while collaborating with a team of trial lawyers. California Bar admission is required; JD from an accredited law school is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of meaningful litigation experience in complex litigation, class action, and products liability.
• Outstanding written and oral advocacy skills.
• Admitted and in good standing with the California Bar.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and excellent academic credentials.

Responsibilities

• Join a team of trial lawyers and litigators specializing in complex litigation, products liability defense, and class action litigation.
• Draft and prepare pleadings and discovery documents.
• Prepare for, take, and defend depositions.
• Manage document production and argue discovery and other motions.
• Engage in effective case management.
