Qualifications

• 7+ years of oil and gas measurement experience.
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience in field operations.
• Strong knowledge of hydrocarbon measurement principles and meter calibration.
• Experience with LACT units, liquid testers, Coriolis, turbine and PD meters, BS&W monitors, and temperature/pressure instrumentation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, schedule, and support liquid measurement technicians; set clear expectations and accountability.
• Promote a strong safety culture and ensure work complies with safety policies and standards.
• Oversee installation, calibration, proving, maintenance, troubleshooting, and commissioning of liquid measurement equipment.
• Monitor data and reports; investigate discrepancies and coordinate timely corrections.
• Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to support startup and project completion.
