Job summary

Koch Technology is seeking a Lead Engineer with Linux experience to own and advance our capabilities development and operational improvements. You will coach engineers, break down large efforts, and drive hands-on delivery while enabling others to contribute effectively.

Based in Wichita with in-office collaboration, you will work across teams to improve Linux services, containers, and automation. The role emphasizes player-coach leadership and strong ownership of critical projects.

Qualifications

Strong Linux platform experience across major distros and production systems.
Experience owning IT engineering projects spanning multiple contributors.
Hands-on technical implementation and ability to break large efforts into actionable tasks.

Responsibilities
