Job Description

The Cook is responsible for preparing orders promptly according to standard recipes, monitoring food quality, maintaining inventory, and ensuring cleanliness and safety standards are met.

Job Functions

• Prepare and delegate food orders based on specific cuisine standards.
• Coordinate with team for order pick-up.
• Maintain cleanliness of work and storage areas.
• Control waste through proper rotation and storage.
• Manage inventory to maintain stock levels.
• Follow safety and sanitation procedures.
• Assist in training and coaching new cooks.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two (2) years of experience as a cook.
• Ability to stand and walk for entire shift.
• Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver up to 75 pounds.
• Physical ability to reach, grasp, bend, kneel, and twist.
• Ability to obtain/maintain necessary licenses/certifications.
