About the Role

Kitchen Team Member - Culinary Maestro!

Starting at $12/hr

What You'll Do

• Ensure high-quality culinary services for our guests.
• Prepare food quickly, safely, and efficiently following established standards.
• Follow portion control procedures to minimize waste and maximize profitability.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and equipment.
• Assist with inventory management, monitor stock levels, and notify management of shortages.
• Collaborate with team members for efficient workflow and communication.
• Maintain sanitation and safety standards at all times.
• Follow opening and closing procedures.
• Handle trash removal and operate trash compactors safely.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Cook in a high-volume environment.
• Knowledge of various cooking methods and techniques.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
