Responsabilités

• Lead daily job execution and manage technician schedules.
• Install, maintain, and remove residential and commercial lighting systems.
• Communicate with customers before and during service appointments.
• Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards.

Connaissances

Experience in lighting, electrical, or a related field

Strong communication and customer service skills

Strong attention to detail and time management

Able to manage schedules and coordinate job flow

Comfortable working outdoors in various conditions

Ability to lift 50 lbs and work on ladders and at heights (20+ feet)

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
