Job summary

Kissing Bridge is seeking a hands-on Lift Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance program for all aerial and surface lift systems. You will supervise maintenance staff, oversee preventative maintenance, inspections, and repairs, and ensure compliance with manufacturer requirements and safety standards.

The role requires strong mechanical and technical abilities, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety.

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining ski lifts, ropeways, or similar equipment.
• Supervisory or team-lead experience is preferred.
• Ability to read manuals, schematics, diagrams, and manufacturer docs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inspection, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of aerial and surface lifts.
• Develop preventive maintenance programs and schedules.
• Perform and supervise routine lift maintenance across seasons.
• Coordinate testing, inspections, and regulatory compliance
• Lead safety culture and train maintenance staff
• Work with operations and leadership on budget and capital planning
• Respond to emergency maintenance during operating hours
