Description

We are looking to hire a responsible and energetic person to ensure the safety of members and guests in and around the swimming pools and be a leader on our team. The lifeguard will enforce safety rules, respond to emergencies, and maintain a safe environment. Responsibilities include supervising pool areas, locker rooms, and restrooms, and creating a positive atmosphere in accordance with club policies. Top candidates are professional, enthusiastic, dependable, excellent communicators, safety-minded, and love water and people.

Qualifications/Certifications

• Current certification in Red Cross or equivalent Lifeguard Training, including First Aid, CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer
• At least 18 years old
• Ability to stand or sit for long periods
• Flexible hours including evenings and holidays
• Reliable transportation

Requirements

• Lead and supervise lifeguard staff and duties
• Ensure safety and respond to emergencies
• Complete required paperwork timely
• Secure facilities after hours
