Qualifications

  • Valid Lifeguard, CPR, and First Aid certifications required.
  • 2-3 years of Lifeguard experience preferred.
  • Flexible to work any day, including weekends and holidays.

As the Lead Lifeguard, you will coordinate and manage the daily operations of the lifeguards, ensuring smooth rotations in the pool area. Responsibilities include:

  • Preventing aquatic incidents through policies, rules, and regulations
  • Providing emergency care and treatment as needed
  • Inspecting the area for cleanliness and equipment condition
  • Applying water rescue, lifeguarding, and first aid techniques
  • Performing other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Valid Lifeguard, CPR, and First Aid certifications
  • 2-3 years of Lifeguard experience preferred
  • Flexible to work any day, including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to tolerate environmental factors such as humidity, cold/heat, dust, and noise
  • Ability to move, lift, carry, push, and pull objects up to 25 pounds; occasionally handle persons over 100 pounds
