Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain on-deck presence at indoor/outdoor pools during season.
• Provide training and mentorship for lifeguards.
• Adjust and communicate assignments as conditions change.
• Enforce pool guidelines and safety rules.
• Schedule and run in-service training for Aquatics staff.
