Krocphoenix is seeking a dedicated Lead Lifeguard to oversee the daily operations of its aquatics program in Phoenix, Arizona. The ideal candidate will have certifications in CPR, First Aid, and Lifeguard Training, along with excellent communication skills to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment.
This part-time role includes responsibilities such as swim instruction and managing program details. Applicants must pass a criminal background check and have the ability to relate joyfully with individuals of all ages.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to walk, stand, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl and reach with hands and arms on a continuous basis. Ability to grasp, push and pull objects, and reach overhead. Must have the ability to swim with proficiency and endurance. Must successfully complete a 500-yard swim and retrieve a 10-pound brick from the bottom of the pool. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 40 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 75 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. Must have the ability to operate telephone, a desktop or laptop computer, as well as the ability to access and produce information from a computer, and to understand written information.
