Job summary

Stantec seeks a Life Science Project Manager to act as an Owner's Representative for projects in the biopharmaceutical sector. This role involves managing projects from conceptual planning to construction, ensuring oversight of budgets and schedules. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management and 5-10 years of experience. A strong understanding of cGxP and experience overseeing capital projects are essential. The position is full-time, requiring onsite presence for at least 4 days per week in Massachusetts.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in a related field.
• Experience in cGxP and/or cGMP.
• Experience managing capital projects.
• Experience as an Owner’s Representative.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects valued over $10M including renovations and new builds.
• Develop strategic conceptual programs in concert with clients.
• Administer contracts and invoices on behalf of clients.
• Provide day-to-day project oversight and supervision.
