Job summary
Seneca Resources seeks a Life Safety Systems Engineer to design and implement sophisticated fire protection and life safety solutions for high-impact projects such as semiconductor facilities and data centers. You will own comprehensive fire safety designs and collaborate with clients and regulators to ensure code compliance.

Qualifications
- PE license with ability to obtain within 6 months.
- Experience leading projects and managing resources.
- Mentoring junior staff and guiding project teams.
- Design management experience in semiconductor or data center environments.
- Strong knowledge of fire alarms, VESDA, CCTV, HPM, and leak detection systems.
- Proficiency in 3D BIM software (Revit).
- Good understanding of NFPA codes (NFPA 101, NFPA 72, NFPA 70 NEC, NFPA 400).
- Knowledge of fire protection design standards, specs, and estimating/scheduling.
