Role Responsibilities

As a Lead Licensed Veterinary Technician, your responsibilities include:

  • Supporting and mentoring team members
  • Managing surgical workflow and anesthesia
  • Overseeing technical troubleshooting and lab support
  • Communicating with clients and supporting patient care
  • Performing dental, radiology, laboratory, and clinical duties
  • Assisting with clinic operations and inventory management
Qualifications

Physical requirements include the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand, walk, and perform duties in a noisy environment with animals and equipment. Good hand-eye coordination and dexterity are essential.
