Poulsbo Animal Clinic is seeking a Lead Licensed Veterinary Technician (LVT) in Washington to lead training, improve workflows, and support a fast-paced general practice. You will work with a veterinary team to deliver high-quality patient care from induction to recovery while mentoring staff and refining SOPs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of veterinary technician experience.
• Active and good-standing Licensed Veterinary Technician in Washington state.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate surgical and dental procedure schedules.
• Induce, monitor, and recover anesthesia.
• Perform dental prophylaxis and dental radiography.
• Monitor patient recovery and ongoing procedural care.
• Guide clients through admission and discharge with confidence and compassion.
