We are seeking that special Licensed Practical Nurse leader who has a passion for Pediatrics and loves helping others. This Lead LPN position is based in our Cobb Pediatric & Adolescent Center in Austell.

The Lead Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) functions under the direction of the RN Supervisor who typically oversees multiple locations, in which the Lead LPN serves as the lead clinical resource in the onsite absence of the RN Supervisor.
The LPN Lead will uphold clinical standards under the guidance of the RN Supervisor and the Clinical Services department. Will promote clinical competency as well as maintain clinical quality control through leading and supporting survey readiness efforts as it relates to back office clinical operations
