Job summary

Brigham and Women's Hospital is seeking a Lead Licensed Practical Nurse for the Dermatology Mohs unit at Faulkner. This 40-hour day position includes a $5,000 sign-on bonus for eligible new employees and leads a team of LPNs and nursing support staff to deliver high-quality patient care.

You will supervise clinical activities, coordinate with RNs and physicians, educate patients and families, and ensure accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Education: Trade/Technical/Vocational Diploma required for LPN.
• Experience: LPN with 2–3 years of experience required.
• Licenses: LPN license required; BLS preferred.
• Onsite work location and full-time schedule.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and assisting with activities of daily living.
• Provide leadership and guidance to a team of LPNs and nursing support staff.
• Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and other healthcare providers in developing and implementing care plans.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatment plans, and self-care techniques.
• Administer medications and ensure accurate documentation of medication administration.
• Maintain accurate patient records and medication administration records.

Job Summary

A $5,000.00 sign on bonus is being offered to eligible new employees hired in our LPN positions.

Responsible for providing direct patient care and supervising a team of LPNs and nursing support staff by coordinating patient care activities, overseeing the daily operations of the nursing unit, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.
