Job summary

Stonefield Engineering & Design, a full-service engineering and consulting firm, is seeking a Licensed Landscape Architect to lead site design and landscape architecture projects in Asbury Park, NJ. The role emphasizes collaboration across civil, planning, surveying, and traffic teams with opportunities for career growth.

The ideal candidate has licensure (LLA/RLA), 5+ years of experience, strong AutoCAD and design skills, and a proven track record in managing complex land development projects.

Qualifications

• Professional licensure as a Landscape Architect (LLA/RLA) with ability to obtain additional state licenses as needed
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited program
• 5+ years of professional landscape architecture, and/or land development experience
• Demonstrated experience managing and delivering landscape architecture and site design projects

Responsibilities

• Lead landscape architecture and site design efforts from initial concept through permitting and construction
• Manage projects, coordinate with clients and multidisciplinary teams, and handle zoning and land development approvals
• Prepare and review construction documents, lead presentations before municipal boards, and oversee site plans and renderings
