Job summary

Conrad Consulting Ltd seeks an experienced, licensed Professional Land Surveyor to lead challenging projects and mentor staff in New York. You will oversee boundary, topo, ALTA/NSPS surveys and serve as Surveyor of Record under NYS requirements.

You will build lasting client relationships, promote quality, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional results while growing the surveying practice.

Qualifications

• Active New York State Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license is required.
• 10+ years of progressive land surveying experience.
• Strong project management, leadership and communication skills.
• Expertise in boundary analysis, survey standards and industry software.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex land surveying projects from planning through delivery.
• Serve as Surveyor of Record, reviewing and sealing survey documents per NYS requirements.
• Oversee boundary, topographic, ALTA/NSPS, construction and as-built surveys.
• Mentor and develop survey staff while promoting quality and best practices.
• Build lasting client relationships and support business development.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional project outcomes.
