Blue Rose Consulting Group, Inc. seeks a Lead Licensed Behavioral Health Therapist to provide clinical leadership and oversight for a team serving unaccompanied minors in a residential setting in El Paso, TX.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, MFT, or related field.
• Active, unrestricted independent clinical license in any U.S. state or territory.
• Five years of post-licensure clinical experience.
• Two years of leadership, supervisory, or clinical management experience.
• Experience with children, adolescents, families, or vulnerable populations.
• Strong knowledge of trauma-informed care, crisis intervention, supervision.
• Excellent leadership, communication, collaboration, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work onsite in El Paso, Texas.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership, supervision, mentorship, and day-to-day support for a team of Behavioral Health Therapists.
• Foster a culture of compassion, accountability, collaboration, and clinical excellence.
• Conduct behavioral health assessments, crisis intervention, clinical evaluations, and treatment planning as needed.
• Provide clinical consultation and guidance for complex cases with trauma-informed care.
• Monitor clinical documentation, treatment plans, and service delivery for quality and compliance.
• Support onboarding, coaching, training, and development of staff.
• Collaborate with physicians, case managers, leadership, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Assist leadership with program implementation and quality improvement initiatives.
• Maintain a limited clinical caseload while leading the team.
• Advocate for safety and outcomes of every child served.

Blue Rose Consulting Group is seeking an experienced, compassionate Lead Licensed Behavioral Health Therapist to provide clinical leadership and oversight for a team supporting unaccompanied minors in a residential care setting in vibrant El Paso, Texas.

This is a full-time, onsite leadership position supporting a critical federal program.

U.S. Citizenship is required for this position.

What You'll Do

• Provide clinical leadership, supervision, mentorship, and day-to-day support for a team of Behavioral Health Therapists.


• Foster a culture of compassion, accountability, collaboration, and clinical excellence.


• Conduct behavioral health assessments, crisis intervention, clinical evaluations, and treatment planning as needed.


• Provide clinical consultation and guidance for complex cases while promoting trauma-informed, evidence-based care.


• Monitor clinical documentation, treatment plans, and service delivery to ensure quality, compliance, and continuity of care.


• Support onboarding, coaching, training, and professional development of behavioral health staff.


• Collaborate with physicians, case managers, program leadership, and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive care.


• Assist leadership with program implementation, quality improvement initiatives, and operational priorities.


• Maintain a limited clinical caseload while serving as the clinical leader and mentor for the behavioral health team.


• Advocate for the safety, well-being, and successful outcomes of every child served.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related behavioral health field.


• Active, unrestricted independent clinical license in any U.S. state or U.S. territory (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LCPC, LMHC, or equivalent).


• Minimum of five years of post-independent licensure clinical experience.


• Minimum of two years of leadership, supervisory, or clinical management experience.


• Experience working with children, adolescents, families, or other vulnerable populations.


• Strong knowledge of trauma-informed care, crisis intervention, behavioral health best practices, and clinical supervision.


• Excellent leadership, communication, collaboration, and documentation skills.


• Ability to work onsite in El Paso, Texas.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with unaccompanied minors, foster care, refugee populations, residential treatment, or child welfare.


• Experience leading multidisciplinary behavioral health teams.


• Experience in crisis response or high-acuity behavioral health settings.


• Bilingual in English and Spanish.


• Experience supporting federal or government-funded behavioral health programs.
