This role requires cross-functional leadership across Engineering, Design, Data Science, Risk, Operations, Legal, Compliance, Marketing, and Finance to translate vision into measurable outcomes while delivering responsible financial products.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading consumer product strategy.
• Track record owning complex product areas with measurable outcomes.
• Experience in lending or consumer financial products preferred.
• Experience in highly cross-functional environments with multiple partners.
• Strong, data-driven decision making and prioritization.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Own the Lending product strategy and roadmap end-to-end.
• Lead expansion into new use cases and member experiences.
• Reimagine lending for everyday Americans with responsible products.
• Drive decisions across Engineering, Design, Data Science, Risk, Operations, Legal, Compliance, Marketing, and Finance.
• Make high-conviction prioritization decisions with clear outcomes.
• Use customer insights and data to improve the member experience while growing profitability.
• Serve as the product leader from strategy to launch.
