As a Legal Records Specialist, you will manage records across provider networks, develop standardized playbooks, and drive compliant, efficient document sets with minimal rework.

• Manage end-to-end record retrieval for assigned customers and providers.
• Build and refine playbooks for high-volume hospitals, billing groups, and provider networks.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance—complete ROIs, affidavits, billing records with zero rework.
