Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor a team of LED engineers, manage shift schedules.
• Lead troubleshooting for critical LED escalations during live events.
• Oversee preventive maintenance, SOPs, and safety protocols.
• Manage inventory and budgeting for LED components.
• Coordinate with production, IT, facilities, and vendors for upgrades.
