Job summary

CACI International Inc is seeking a Law Clerk III to support ongoing document review projects for large-scale white-collar fraud investigations under our DOJ contract. You will serve as a team lead for document review clerks, coordinating with DOJ Special Matters Unit Trial Attorneys to plan, coordinate, and execute filter reviews.

Strong communication and meticulous attention to detail are essential for this consultative role. Experience with Relativity and eDiscovery tools is preferred.

Qualifications

  • Law degree required; DOJ-specific experience preferred.
  • 3+ years of progressively responsible litigation support experience.
  • Strong knowledge of federal/state court systems and research resources (Westlaw, Lexis).
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Hands-on familiarity with ESI tools and Relativity administration.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a DOJ MBI clearance.

Responsibilities

  • Examine protocol materials, warrants, and other legal work product and filings specific to each matter.
  • Coordinate and consult with DOJ Trial Attorneys to develop and follow-through with filter review plan.
  • Work closely with Fraud Section Special Matters Unit attorneys to ensure potentially privileged documents are quarantined.
  • Lead teams of reviewers conducting filter reviews.
  • Communicate key issues and notable documents with team.
  • Plan and perform quality control review as needed.
  • Serve as team lead on assigned cases and assist with drafting release memos as needed.
