Job summary

Pearson is seeking an Advanced Specialist in Partnership Management to lead and oversee design and execution of large-scale assessment programs. You will collaborate across internal teams and clients to grow and manage programs, ensuring deliverables meet standards and client needs.

Hybrid role with some in-office work in Hadley, MA; travel up to 25% may be required. Compensation includes an annual incentive program and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in policy, assessment, or measurement in education or related field.
• Experience managing large-scale testing programs; certification/licensing preferred.
• Professional experience managing and supporting project contracts; strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of tests and program activities to meet professional standards and client needs.
• Manage components of large-scale assessment activities including development, administration, and scoring.
• Oversee work plans and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
• Cultivate long-term relationships with client staff and stakeholders to align program activities with goals and budgets.
