Job summary

SpeedPro Imaging in West Chester, PA is seeking a Production Manager to lead the printing and production of client orders, inspect files, and prepare proofs. You will operate large-format printers, manage inventory, and coordinate with the team to ensure fast turnarounds, high-quality output, and minimal waste.

You will also handle packaging, shipping, site surveys, and provide estimates using CoreBridge software, while supporting sales and client delivery with professionalism.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of designing/working with vehicle graphics and templates.
• Experience with large-format printers, laminators, plotters, and finishing.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in graphic design (or similar).

Responsibilities

• Lead the printing and production of client orders.
• Inspect customer files, provide digital proofs, and make print-ready.
• Operate and maintain large-format printers, laminators, and plotters.
• Conduct inventory and procurement; coordinate material needs.
• Graphic design services (unless outsourced).
• Unloading/packing/delivering completed jobs; site surveys.
