Job summary

MMC Land Management seeks a Shrub Team Leader to guide a maintenance crew in caring for shrubs, trees, lawns, and landscape features for diverse clients. Outdoor work across all seasons with snow removal in winter is required.

You will lead a team, perform hands-on landscape tasks, and contribute to high-quality outdoor spaces while embracing safety and teamwork in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year of landscaping experience or more.
• Strong teamwork and leadership abilities.
• Ability and willingness to work outdoors in all seasons.
• Willingness to learn all aspects of lawn maintenance and landscape installation.
• Driver's license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and work with a landscape maintenance team to deliver high-quality results for clients.
• Prune, trim, and care for shrubs, hedges, and trees using various hand and power tools.
• Plant and maintain trees, shrubs, flowers, and ground covers; apply mulch and remove weeds.
