Job summary

The Cliffs is seeking a Landscape Laborer II in Sunset, SC to supervise a crew and participate in property maintenance, landscaping, and irrigation repairs. You will lead and perform a range of landscaping tasks, ensure safety, and manage materials and records on each project.

Applicants should have 3–5 years in grounds or facility maintenance, including equipment operation. Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a background check are required, with a comprehensive benefits package offered

Qualifications

• 3-5 years’ experience in grounds and/or facility maintenance including equipment operation and trades work.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize projects, assign tasks to crew, and maintain project records.
• Lead crew in maintenance tasks such as lawn and landscape care.
• Instruct on methods, monitor quality, ensure schedules and safety, provide feedback.
• Perform general maintenance and occasional seed, fertilize, chemicals.
• Lead planting and pruning of shrubs and flowers and related tasks.
• Operate equipment like weed eaters, pruners, blowers, and mowers.
• Perform equipment maintenance and report malfunctions.
