Qualifications

• Experience leading or coordinating team-based work preferred.
• Ability to operate a wide range of landscaping equipment.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide team members in landscape maintenance tasks.
• Coordinate work assignments to ensure timely and effective completion of duties.
• Provide on-the-job instruction and support to team members.
• Promote teamwork and professional work practices.
• Oversee and assist with spreading mulch and pine straw; maintain walkways and borders.
• Fertilize trees and shrubs; plant and prune landscape materials.
• Install and repair irrigation systems; operate equipment safely.
• Assist with snow and ice removal and seasonal projects.
• Communicate updates to supervisor and foster a productive team environment.
