Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in commercial mowing and landscape maintenance.
• Prior crew lead or supervisory experience required.
• Strong leadership and communication skills—able to teach, motivate, and maintain professionalism on-site.
• Efficient and organized to improve profitability for the team and company.
• Willing to represent the company professionally to clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead a crew in completing lawn and landscape maintenance and enhancement projects.
• Set daily goals and ensure jobs are completed efficiently, safely, and with exceptional quality.
• Build professional relationships with clients—conduct end-of-job property walkthroughs and ensure satisfaction.
• Communicate clearly with the owner and office regarding scheduling, issues, and client feedback.
• Maintain and operate equipment such as zero-turn mowers, trimmers, blowers, skid steers, and hand tools.
• Oversee morning and evening team huddles to plan and review work.
• Manage time effectively to complete jobs within allotted windows.
• Use mobile scheduling and timesheet apps to log hours and job progress.
