Job summary

Goodwill Easterseals Miami Valley is seeking a landscaping supervisor to oversee a team and ensure high-quality maintenance and service. You will plan projects, manage daily tasks, and coordinate resources for mowing, pruning, edging, mulching, and more, while maintaining safety and regulatory compliance.

You will work closely with clients to understand preferences and deliver exceptional results, keep records, and supervise associates, with duties assigned by the Director of Field Operations.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and maintenance instructions.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee the daily activities of the landscaping team.
• Plan and schedule landscaping projects including mowing, edging, pruning, mulching, and trimming.
• Operate and oversee use of equipment such as mowers, tractors, and related tools.
• Inspect work for quality and address deficiencies promptly.
• Communicate with clients to understand landscaping needs and ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain records of work performed, materials used, and hours worked.
• Enforce safety standards and company policies; ensure compliance with OSHA guidelines.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
