Kiawah Island Golf Resort is seeking a motivated landscape supervisor to oversee daily outdoor maintenance and supervise staff in a luxury resort setting. The role emphasizes high standards, strong work ethic, and clear communication with management and crews.

You will lead mowing, bed maintenance, chemical applications, and irrigation tasks while upholding safety and company values. This full-time position requires reliability and a focus on exceptional resort grounds.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Horticulture, Turf Grass Management, or related field strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in landscape maintenance and/or turf grass management.
• Resort landscape maintenance and/or golf course experience a plus.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and have own transportation to and from the resort.

• Policing grounds for trash, litter, and debris.
• Enhancement bed maintenance and installation.
