Tri Scapes, Inc. is seeking an experienced, high-performance Landscape Foreman to oversee landscape maintenance operations in the Brunswick, GA area.

This working leader will guide field crews in the daily maintenance, landscaping, and general upkeep of public parks, athletic fields, and facility grounds. The ideal candidate takes pride in public spaces, brings strong leadership to the field, and ensures all operations meet strict safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of landscaping or grounds maintenance experience, preferably in parks and rec.
• Stable year round employment.
• Previous management or leadership experience.
• Valid Driver's license and clean MVR.
• Team-first culture with opportunities for growth and advancement.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily crew operations for landscape maintenance across multiple park locations.
• Oversee athletic field preparation, mowing, edging, weed control, and debris removal.
• Schedule daily tasks and ensure timely completion of work orders for the municipal contract.
• Maintain accountability for crew safety, ensuring proper PPE use and safe operation of machinery.
• Inspect completed work to maintain high aesthetic standards for public spaces.
• Serve as primary field contact with city representatives and park patrons.
• Manage, inventory, and maintain company vehicles and equipment.
• Train and develop crew members to promote consistency and professional excellence.
