Job summary

Russell Landscape in Oxford, GA is seeking an experienced Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader & Driver to head a small crew delivering high-quality landscape services across the Oxford area. This hands-on leadership role requires strong landscape knowledge and the ability to manage people and equipment efficiently.

The position involves supervising 2–5 crew members, driving trucks and towing trailers, and ensuring maintenance tasks meet company standards. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of landscape maintenance experience with 2+ years in leadership.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Experience driving trucks and towing trailers.
• Knowledge of plant care, turf maintenance and irrigation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a crew of 2–5 team members.
• Drive trucks and tow trailers to transport crew and equipment.
• Ensure mowing, trimming, pruning, edging, and other maintenance meet standards.
• Train crew members on techniques and safety procedures.
• Monitor daily job progress and ensure timely completion.
• Conduct vehicle and equipment inspections.
• Communicate with clients and management as needed.
