Job summary

Business Resources One in Novi, MI is seeking a Landscape Installation Foreman to lead daily installation operations and supervise a crew of up to eight on site, ensuring high‑quality designs and a safe work environment.

Reporting to Project Managers, you will review landscape designs with designers, train crew members, and coordinate equipment use, while promoting exceptional customer service and a strong safety culture across the team.

Qualifications

• Five years of landscaping experience with at least two years in a leadership role.
• Ability to safely operate landscaping tools and equipment, including skid steers.
• Knowledge of materials, methods, tools, and equipment used in landscaping tasks.
• Excellent time management and dependable work ethic.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work well with the crew.

Responsibilities

• Supervise landscape installation operations and lead crew on site.
• Review designs and specifications with landscape designers and project managers.
• Train, mentor, and develop crew members on equipment use.
• Oversee installation of plants, shrubs, and trees to meet client expectations.
