Job summary

Santa Rita Landscaping is seeking motivated individuals to join our Tucson-area team. This role focuses on installing landscape upgrades—plants, decorative rock, irrigation adjustments, and other enhancements—for residential and commercial properties.

Responsibilities include installing landscape materials, performing irrigation modifications, operating small landscape equipment, and maintaining clean job sites.

Qualifications

• 1+ year landscape or construction experience preferred, but not required.
• Able to lift 50+ lbs and work in outdoor conditions (heat, dirt, dust).
• Valid driver’s license preferred
• Grading and landscape installation experience required
• Operate a skid steer (Bobcat) experience required
• Able to use a transit (laser level) and identify plants
• Reliable, punctual, and ready to work.
• Ability to take direction and work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Install landscape materials: plants, trees, shrubs, decorative rock, etc.
• Perform irrigation modifications or assist with install new irrigation systems.
• Operate small landscape equipment and hand tools safely.
• Maintain clean and professional job sites during and after work.
• Follow project plans, layouts, and instructions from the crew leader or supervisor.
• Communicate effectively with teammates and supervisors.
• Ensure jobs are completed on time and to quality standards.
• Must be able to read blueprints
