Job summary

Hanagan Landscaping Inc. is seeking a Landscape Foreman to lead crews on residential and commercial sites across southeastern Pennsylvania, ensuring quality, safety, and timely project completion.

You will perform hands-on tasks, install drainage, operate MT-52 skid steer loaders and mini excavators, and coordinate with management to meet deadlines. A minimum of 2 years as a crew leader is required, with references.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience as a landscaping crew leader, with references.
• Proficiency in planting, mulching, pruning, installing seed and sod, grading, and lawn renovations.
• Knowledge of proper planting techniques and plant identification.
• Experience installing drainage systems.
• Ability to operate MT-52 skid steer loaders and mini excavators.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive a truck and trailer.
• Ability to obtain a DOT medical card.
• Strong leadership skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a crew to complete landscape maintenance and construction projects efficiently and safely.
• Perform hands-on landscaping tasks, including planting, mulching, pruning, installing seed and sod, grading, and lawn renovations.
• Apply proper planting techniques and ensure accurate plant identification on job sites.
• Install drainage systems according to project specifications.
• Operate equipment such as MT-52 (or equivalent) skid steer loaders and mini excavators.
• Coordinate with management to meet project timelines and maintain quality standards.
