Job summary

BrightView Landscapes, LLC is seeking a Landscape Foreman to oversee the installation of landscape upgrades for commercial maintenance accounts. The role requires supervising crews on active job sites, reading blueprints, and ensuring safety and quality across all tasks.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in construction or landscape installation.
• Proven leadership experience managing crews on active job sites.
• Familiarity with reading and interpreting blueprints.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and work ethic.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Bilingual Spanish strongly preferred.
• First Aid certification or ability to become certified.

Responsibilities

• Conduct weekly job site inspections and complete checklists.
• Oversee installation of landscape, irrigation, and site development materials.
• Schedule and coordinate delivery of materials and equipment.
• Ensure crew productivity and safety compliance.
• Assist in job scheduling and coordination with subcontractors.
• Lead weekly tailgate safety meetings and ensure attendance.
• Safeguard company assets and ensure proper use of materials and tools.
• Report unsafe behavior or incidents to the Superintendent.
